CHB listens to the voices of stakeholders through various communication channels or platforms, incorporates the suggestions and concerns thereof into the organizational strategy and operation plan, taking it as the reference basis for the disclosure of this report. The responsible unit identified 8 key stakeholders according to the five principles of AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES).
